Strives to grow business through recruitment of new members to the Amerinet program.<br/><br/>1. Sets appointments and prepares for member visits. Recruits new members to the Amerinet program.<br/><br/>2. Communicates with members regarding complaints and requests for information on contracts. Communicates with vendors regarding contract loading issues, new leads, and requests for assistance with member issues.<br/><br/>3. Manages contract utilization. Manages vendor sales reporting.<br/><br/>4. Markets new Amerinet contracts. Markets Amerinet Choice product line. Markets Health Resource Services Councils.<br/><br/>5. Manages member/vendor relations. Manages Amerinet/Member relationship. Manages IHC/member relationship.<br/><br/>6. Performs special projects as requested by Amerinet, IHC, HRS, and members.<br/><br/>7. Conducts member account auditing by reviewing sub-agreements, creating conglomerate reports, requesting distributor usage reports, and reviewing shareback reports.<br/><br/>8. Responds to member needs via site visits, phone, and e-mail support to maintain GPO position and increase contract utilization, including new member in-service, member education, problem-solving, and marketing of key contracts.<br/><br/>9. Staffs trade show booth. Trains customers to use various Amerinet tools.<br/><br/>10. Employee performs within the prescribed limits of the hospital's and department's Ethics and Compliance program and is responsible to detect, observe and report compliance violations to their immediate supervisor, or upward through the chain of command, the Compliance Officer, or the hospital hotline.<br/><br/>This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related area (or equivalent experience). 4 to 6 years professional experience in the healthcare industry or sales. Customer service and communication skills, computer skills, and some knowledge of the healthcare industry.
