Bailey Boushay House

Bailey-Boushay House is a nationally recognized facility whose mission is to provide exceptional care to people with HIV disease, promoting their health, well-being and functional independence. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that every person with HIV/AIDS in our community has equal access to positive outcomes. Bailey-Boushay House also provides care to people with end-of-life cancer, ALS and Huntington’s disease.

Managed by Virginia Mason Medical Center, staff members of Bailey-Boushay House enjoy the emotional benefits of working at a nonprofit facility, but are paid as hospital employees - a higher level of compensation than the typical social service agency. Because of the highest staff-to-patient ratio of any licensed nursing facility of its kind, we offer more patient contact, more support for partners and family members, more compassion, more understanding, and more opportunities to smile.

Bailey-Boushay House offers opportunities to join us as Registered Nurses, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Social Workers, Nursing Assistants, Food Service workers and Housekeepers.
